Come on guys!!! We have an ongoing problem in the gym when smaller/weaker persons trains with bigger/ stronger and the smaller gets hurt or injured!!! You have to be careful it's like if I would spar with my girls I wouldn't do it hard of course???????
We have to be able to control our selves!!!!
Also the smaller ones should pick with who you spar!!!!!!
Please choose your sparring partners that's why we have weight categories!!!!!!!
